Birthday pictures

Trev's birthday fell on a Sunday this year, so we all went out for lunch. This is Maxine waiting for us to leave. It's so seldom Maxine lets me tie her hair back...it's a pity because she looks really pretty.

 It's not often she'll wear her jeans either, and she looks so grown up when she does.

 

Maxine tends to get bored if we go out to eat. We usually have her food brought out with the starters so she doesn't have to wait too long. The down-side to that is that she finishes before we do.

 

On this occasion she started taking pictures of herself with my iPod.

 

Please note the hair has already been untied!

 

It is VERY rare that she'll pose for a picture with her dad (or anyone for that matter!).....he got spoiled on his birthday, and even got an extra hug out of it!
