As I mentioned in my TUTT post, we finally had new carpet laid on the stairs and upstairs landing and passageway. What made this a bigger job than it first seems is that the stairs were 'open' when we first moved in.
So Trev had wood specially cut to fit the back.
And finally....carpet....
The passageway upstairs was an even bigger transformation. Initially, there was just the long passageway looking directly into the main bedroom.
So I had Trev block it off, and make a small storage cupboard (accessed from the bedroom), and Trev converted the bedroom next to the main into 'my' room (study come walk-in-wardrobe), and entrance to the main bedroom.
Add some paint, and the new carpets......
I'm well-chuffed with all the little bits being done!
